Nope I feel the same way
It’s just that time in the season! I would feel like this almost every year. My coach’s strategy for me (other people had different things) was to take 1-2 weeks off completely from running (basically until I was absolutely itching to come back and could think of nothing else) and then 1-2 weeks of super easy jogging. Basically wait until you desperately want to start training again and focus on the mental break more than the physical break.
What are other people’s post-season strategies?
